  3. Dimensional Verification: Finished molded rubber parts undergo dimensional checks using precise measuring tools, ensuring they meet specified tolerances (often within ±0.005 inches). This guarantees that the components fit correctly in their intended applications.
  4. Performance Testing: Samples from each batch are subjected to performance tests, including tensile strength (minimum 1,000 psi), elongation (over 300%), hardness (between 50-80 Shore A), and resistance to wear and chemicals. These tests verify that they meet industry standards.
  5. Visual Inspection: Each molded part is visually inspected for surface defects, such as bubbles or blemishes, ensuring that only high-quality products are approved for shipment.
