We specialize in supplying high quality nuts bolts and washers. Our inventory includes galvanized nuts and bolts meeting ASTM standards for corrosion resistance.
Here are some key ASTM standards for nuts:
At our fastener warehouse, we conduct a re-tapping process on the nut side to ensure all exposed threads on bolts receive galvanized protection, safeguarding them against weathering.
Nuts manufactured to meet Grade specifications would bear the grade symbol on one surface.
Specializing in stainless steel washers and durable metal washers, we prioritize durability and corrosion resistance. Our production process maintains strict tolerances, guaranteeing high-quality washers for screws and bolts
Here are key ASTM standards for washers:
ASTM F436: Standard Specification for Hardened Steel Washers.
ASTM A307: Standard Specification for Carbon Steel Washers.
ASTM A193: Standard Specification for Alloy-Steel and Stainless Steel Washers for High Temperature or High Pressure Service, or Both.
ASTM F844: Standard Specification for Washers, Steel, Plain (Flat), Unhardened for General Use.
ASTM F436M: Standard Specification for Hardened Steel Washers (Metric).
ASTM F959: Standard Specification for Compressible Washer-Type Direct Tension Indicators for Use with Structural Fasteners.
ASTM B695: Standard Specification for Coatings of Zinc Mechanically Deposited on Iron and Steel.
ASTM B633: Standard Specification for Electrodeposited Coatings of Zinc on Iron and Steel.
With a robust production capacity as a leading screw supplier, exceeding 100,000 units monthly, we ensure precise specifications and high-quality standards.
As quality screw manufacturers, we adhere to ASTM standards like ASTM A574 for alloy steel socket cap screws and ASTM F879 for stainless variants.

Ranging from high quality anti corrosive finishes to decorative coatings for better aesthetics and colour.
Stainless Steel Fasteners
Characterized by alloys like 304 and 316, stainless steel fasteners offer superior corrosion resistance compared to mild steel counterparts. With a corrosion rate of less than 0.002 mm per year, stainless steel ensures prolonged durability. They often exhibit an appealing polished aesthetic, low maintenance, and are easy to clean making it suitable for applications with strict hygiene standards.
Hot Dip Galvanizing
Fasteners are immersed in molten zinc, resulting in a metallurgically bonded coating. The centrifugal galvanizing ensures uniform coverage, enhancing corrosion resistance. The coating thickness typically ranges from 45 to 85 microns, providing robust protection in harsh environments. The color is silver, but unlike different zinc plating methods, hot dip galvanizing (HDG) yields a rough textured finish.
A385/A385M – 11 Standard Practice for Providing High Quality Zinc Coatings (Hot Dip)
On the nuts as per client requests, under A 563 Supplementary S1 requirement an additional lubricant that shall be clean and dry to the touch can be provided. In addition, as per Supplementary Requirement S2, the lubricant shall have a contrasting color so that its presence is visually obvious.
Zinc Flake Coating
Zinc flake coated fasteners utilize a protective layer with a coating thickness ranging from 5 to 25 microns. Comprising small zinc particles in a binder matrix, this coating ensures corrosion resistance. Zinc flake coatings may be preferred over HDG for smoother finishes, tighter tolerances or where lower temperature of application is desired making it suitable for components that cannot withstand high temperatures.
F3393 − 20 Standard Specification for Zinc Flake Coating Systems for Fasteners.
Zinc Electroplating
This electroplating method involves depositing a layer of zinc. The zinc coating is quite thin, typically ranging from 3 to 5 microns for standard plating of fasteners. Its relatively inexpensive, looks good and matching of threaded parts is not a problem.
ASTM B633 is a widely used standard for Zinc plating, and ASTM B841 for Zinc Nickel
