Engineering Design & Sourcing

Our design methodologies incorporate advanced CAD and simulation tools, aligning with ASTM and SAE standards to achieve optimal performance and durability.

We are primarily governed by –

ASTM A36: This standard covers carbon structural steel used for various structural applications requiring good weldability, machinability, and high strength.

ASTM A992: This specification is for structural steel used in the construction of bridges and buildings. It provides improved weldability and higher yield strength compared to ASTM A36.

ASTM A572: This standard is for high-strength low-alloy structural steel, providing improved mechanical properties and greater resistance to atmospheric corrosion.

ASTM A500: This specification covers cold-formed welded and seamless carbon steel structural tubing in rounds and shapes.

AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction): AISC provides comprehensive guidelines for the design, fabrication, and erection of steel structures, ensuring compliance with both safety and performance standards.

By integrating these design principles with rigorous material sourcing practices, we ensure that each component not only meets but exceeds the stringent requirements of the market.

This technical rigor in engineering design and material selection ensures the production of high-quality, reliable components that align with both domestic and international standards.
