The packaging of our products holds equal significance to the quality of the parts themselves.
Packaging options :
Bulk
Layered
Boxed
Palletized
Wooden crated
Reeled
Tubular, and other alternatives
We also offer recyclable packaging solutions that can be reused across multiple shipments.
All packaging options undergo meticulous securing onto skids or pallets, complete with edge protection on all sides. Subsequently, packages are securely banded and stretch wrapped to ensure parts remain affixed to the skid, minimizing any potential movement during transit.
We adhere to industry benchmarks such as Bursting strength and Edge crush tests to ensure our cartons can withstand the rigors of transportation and handling.
Bursting strength measures the ability of the carton to resist pressure, while the edge crush test evaluates its stacking strength, ensuring it maintains its shape and integrity even under heavy loads.
We meticulously select materials with the appropriate grammage (GSM) and bursting strength, utilizing highquality papers that are both robust and environmentally sustainable.
Whether you require single wall, double wall, triple wall, or other specialized constructions, we have the expertise to deliver. Additionally, we offer a wide range of flute types including A, B, C, E, F, and more, each offering unique characteristics to meet specific packaging requirements.
The Bursting Test correlates indirectly with a carton’s capacity to endure external or internal pressures, thereby ensuring the containment and protection of a product during transportation. Bursting strength is typically reported in pounds, and is tested by a Mullen tester.
The Edge Crush Test (ECT) is a true performance test and evaluates the edgewise compressive strength of corrugated board. This measurement is expressed in pounds per lineal inch of loadbearing edge (lb/in), commonly reported as an ECT value, such as 44 ECT.
We initiate shipment pickups and promptly dispatch advanced shipping notices (ASNs) giving shipment contents and expected delivery dates in advance.
Compliance with Incoterms, such as CIF or DDP, ensures clarity and peace of mind in the delivery process.
